Cancellation Policy

Here at Sherwood Park Laser Clinic we work towards accommodating our clients with their appointment times.  We require 24 hours advance notice, for all cancellations or re-scheduled appointments.

*We try to remind our clients about their future upcoming appointments, however please do not rely on this as it is a courtesy call and cannot be guaranteed.*

$25 Cancellation fee will be applied to missed or cancelled appointments with no 24 hour advanced notice.

Any appointments over an hour in length require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. There is a $50 Cancellation policy applied to these appointments.

If you are more than five minutes late for your appointment, please be prepared to to neither wait for the next available opening that day, or you will need to reschedule for another day. This will result in an additional $25 late fee.
